Appointed in October 2024, Bruce brings over two decades of experience driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across financial technology and enterprise software sectors. He is focused on advancing Quoreka’s mission to deliver cutting-edge, customer-centric CTRM and supply chain solutions to clients worldwide.

Prior to joining Quoreka, Bruce was Chief Operating Officer at Broadway Technology, where he was instrumental in the company’s growth and successful acquisition by Bloomberg. He also held executive leadership roles at Pico as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, transforming the firm into a significant player in the financial services infrastructure space. His earlier career includes senior roles in operations, strategy, and risk management at NYSE, Merrill Lynch, Wave Securities, TD Waterhouse, and Northern Trust.

Bruce’s core expertise spans SaaS, enterprise software, data solutions, brokerage services, revenue growth, technology strategy, and organisational transformation. He is known for leading companies through rapid scaling and change, always with a focus on customer success and innovation.

He holds a BSBA in Finance from West Virginia University, an MS in Finance from DePaul University, and completed the Global Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Based in the Greater Chicago Area, Bruce is recognised for his dynamic leadership and deep commitment to delivering exceptional value in the evolving global trading landscape.

Fabienne Kangayan is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with a proven track record in the software and technology sector, particularly within private equity-backed and AIM-listed companies. As CFO at Quoreka, Fabienne has been instrumental in steering the company through key milestones, including major transformation programs, corporate rebranding, and onshore/offshore program management.

With over 20 years of experience, Fabienne has led global finance functions and spearheaded complex change initiatives at high-growth firms such as Brady Technologies, Simplify Group, and Move With Us Plc. His core strengths include strategic financial planning, operational excellence, and executing growth-driven exit plans - including MBOs, LBOs, and IPOs, consistently delivering value in dynamic business environments. At Quoreka, Fabienne also leads the Legal, HR and IT functions.

Fabienne played a central role in Quoreka’s evolution following its transition from Brady Commodities and subsequent acquisition by STG. Known for his calm leadership, collaborative style, and strategic insight, he builds strong relationships across all levels of an organisation and navigates challenging circumstances with confidence and clarity.

He is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with Deloitte, and holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham. Fabienne is highly regarded for his expertise in financial audits, due diligence, and regulatory compliance. He is based in Cambridge, UK.

Rahul Kumar Jain is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience driving innovation, building world-class engineering organisations, and delivering enterprise-grade cloud platforms. As Chief Technology Officer at Quoreka and based in Bengaluru in India, Rahul leads the company’s global technology vision and strategy, spanning product architecture, engineering, security, DevOps, compliance, and SaaS operations.

He has been instrumental in architecting and scaling Quoreka’s unified, multi-tenant cloud-native platform. Under Rahul’s leadership, the platform has evolved with embedded AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities, delivering modern, secure, and scalable solutions that meet global enterprise standards.

Throughout his career, Rahul has built and scaled high-performing teams, led enterprise-wide agile transformations, and driven complex digital modernisation initiatives. He brings deep hands-on expertise in cloud-native development, microservices, DevSecOps, and AI/ML/LLM-based systems, with a consistent focus on aligning technology execution with long-term business value.

Prior to Quoreka, Rahul held senior leadership roles at Genpact Headstrong and Tata Consultancy Services, where he delivered mission-critical technology programs for leading financial institutions and large enterprises in the e-commerce domain. His early experience spans software engineering, enterprise architecture, and program delivery across the US, UK, and India.

Rahul holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Production Engineering & Management from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut, India, and has completed the Technology Leadership Program at the Indian School of Business (ISB), India.

Hope Best is an entrepreneurial leader and accomplished executive with over two decades of experience building strong client relationships and delivering innovative technical solutions across enterprise software, technology, and professional services. As Chief Customer Officer at Quoreka, she brings deep commercial and operational expertise, with an initial focus on strengthening Customer Success and enhancing the sales process.

Before joining Quoreka, Hope spent nearly a decade at Broadway Technology, where she led large-scale enterprise software deployments for tier 1 and tier 2 banks. In leadership roles including Head of Business Management, Co-Head of Professional Services, and Director of Project Management, she worked closely with executive teams to drive revenue growth, streamline operations, and align go-to-market strategies.

Earlier in her career, Hope founded Hope Best Consulting, providing project and account management services to startups in the Washington, D.C. area. She also held key leadership positions at Radiant RFID and Discovery Communications, consistently demonstrating expertise in resource allocation, analytics, change management, and building high-performing teams.

Hope holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was recognised for both academic and athletic excellence. She is based in Bethesda, Maryland.

Brian began his career as an independent commodity options trader on the New York Mercantile Exchange, honing his expertise in derivatives, options, and risk management. He transitioned into leadership roles at industry-leading firms, including FIS Capital Markets and Sungard Kiodex, where he managed global teams, oversaw P&L, and spearheaded the development and delivery of SaaS solutions for Tier 1 banks, hedge funds, and corporate clients.

At Quoreka, in his role as SVP of Global Revenue, Brian leads high-performing sales teams and implementation of strategies that consistently exceed growth targets and improved customer retention. His consultative approach and deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (CFTC, EMIR, MiFID II) enabled customers to navigate complex compliance landscapes and optimise their risk management practices.

A graduate of Bates College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Brian is recognised for his strategic vision, leadership, and ability to execute on new ideas in fast-paced, evolving markets. He is based in New York.

Dan Romanelli is the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Business Development at Quoreka, a global leader in commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) solutions. With over 25 years of international experience in financial technology, strategic consulting, and enterprise sales, Dan is responsible for driving global partnerships, shaping marketing strategy, and expanding Quoreka’s footprint in the CTRM space.

Before joining Quoreka, Dan served as Global Head of Sales and Account Management at Bloomberg Broadway, where he led the commercial efforts for the Fixed Income EMS following Bloomberg’s acquisition of Broadway Technology. Earlier in his career, he held key leadership roles including Chief Strategy Officer at USAM Group Inc., Vice President at NYSE Euronext, and Managing Director at NYSE Technologies, with a focus on risk management, compliance, and trading infrastructure. His career also includes roles at Merrill Lynch, Delta Risk LLC, and PAX Clearing Corporation.

Dan is widely recognised for his expertise in business development, customer relationship management, cybersecurity compliance, and go-to-market strategy. He has successfully led global teams, managed high-value customer relationships, and overseen the launch of innovative products and business initiatives across the fintech ecosystem. He also previously served as President of the Security Traders Association of Chicago.

Based in the Chicago area, Dan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University. He further enhanced his leadership acumen through INSEAD’s Senior Leadership Programme.

Sumarani (Suma) Sarkar is a seasoned HR leader with over 18 years of experience driving people strategy and culture transformation in high-growth SaaS and enterprise software organisations. As Chief People Officer at Quoreka, based in Bengaluru, she has been instrumental in enabling remote and digital-first workplace models, while promoting inclusive, people-centric cultures.

Suma has been associated with Quoreka for over 17 years. Prior to her current role, Suma served as Director-Global HR, where she helped shape the company’s talent development, organisational design, and employee engagement strategies during periods of rapid expansion.

A SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Suma was recognized among India’s 100 under 40 HR Leaders in 2019. She is widely respected for her authentic leadership, strategic mindset, and human-first approach, which has inspired high-performing, collaborative teams across geographies.

Her areas of expertise include talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture and change management, employee experience and organisational development. She is passionate about aligning people practices with business goals to build agile, empowered workforces.

Suma holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Bangalore University and completed an Executive Development Program in People Analytics at XLRI. She continues to champion innovation in HR to elevate performance, inclusion, and employee well-being on a global scale.

Cinzia Delegate brings over 25 years of administrative and executive support experience to her role as Chief of Staff at Quoreka, with 15 of those years dedicated to the technology sector. As a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, Cinzia plays a central role in aligning strategic priorities, enhancing internal communications, and championing company culture.

Cinzia has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and a driving force behind high-performing teams. Her career has spanned both corporate and mid-sized business environments, where she demonstrated success for operational excellence, pragmatic problem-solving, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges.

From managing executive offices to orchestrating company-wide events and initiatives, Cinzia is known for her ability to bring structure, clarity, and cohesion to fast-paced environments.
